There are three bands with the name In Situ: 1)In Situ started as a contemporary praise and worship band on the campus of Nicholls State University in southern Louisiana during the summer of 1997. Shortly thereafter, the four original members began playing separately as "N-C2" and by 1999 began touring and released two CDs, and a single "Neighborhoods and Nations" that got local airplay.
