Improper Dump is the drone/ambient/noise solo project of Tim Baldwin (Pleasure of Despair, ex-Ravers From Hell, ex-Boyz From Da Burbz, ex-The Black Descendents of Thomas Jefferson, ex-Prom Band, ex-I Like… I Like Parties). The band was formed in 2008 in order to serve as a violent, sexual, and fuzzy audio-autobiography of everything that is Tim Baldwin.
