Highly Explosive was created in 1990 when Rob and Jennifer (brother and sister) and their first cousin Paul started recording their music on a tape deck, then a 4-track, and now all digitally on Rob & Paul's computers. All told they have been writing, playing and recording literally hundreds of original songs together for over 20 years.
