Herman Frank, the rhythm guitarist of ACCEPT and co-founder VICTORY and MOON DOC. Herman Frank has also played in Hazzard and in Sinner. The band is completed by Jiotis Parcharidis (HUMAN FORTRESS / VICTORY, vocals), Peter Pichl (RUNNING WILD, bass) and drummer Stefan Schwarzmann (HELLOWEEN / KROKUS).
