HEEDS, born December 28th 1997, was named Karin for five years before her parents changed her name to Anna. Anyway, she grew up surrounded by music, both in family life and in school, and at 19 she finally decided to learn to produce her own songs and thus the the HEEDS project was born. The queer Stockholm-based artists clever style of writing comes from a background in poetry and many years of studying the English language, and her interest in film and storytelling also bleeds into the lyrics.
