Hope and Affirmations was recorded by two friends in a room over a year armed only with keyboards, guitars and a creaking computer. Combining psychedelic and experimental rock with melodic vocals and harmonies. Guido is Paul Jackson and Gareth Thorrington. They live in Swansea, South Wales, UK. 'Hope & Affirmations' was written, recorded and produced by Guido in their studio. They were joined on 'Don't Eat The Shells' by guitarist Lee Jones and saxophonist Andy Jackson.
