French composer, born 1963. Studied piano, composition and musicology in Aix-en-Provence. Received his first major commission , "Quatre-vingt-neuf pour chœur et orchestre" in 1989 which quickly found its place in the French contemporary music repertoire, performed notably at the Vélodrome in Marseille and at the Palais des Papes in Avignon.
