A native of Washington D.C., Grove’s parents pushed him and his siblings towards music from an early age. “My journey into music was an interesting one, but it made sense,” Grove says. “All my other siblings were learning instruments.” He learned how to play quickly and performed along side his family, playing shows around the D.C. area as a string quartet.
