G.W. Sok (born 1957, real name Jos Kleij) is a Dutch singer and lyricist, best known for his thirty year career as frontman of Dutch punk and underground legends, The Ex. Sok co-founded the band in 1979, made many albums with the band and toured worldwide. Sok left The Ex in 2008 in good friendship and embarked on a solo career and collaboration projects with other musicians, participation in theatre performances and spoken word performances.
