FrogBürd began their journey in the dorms of Southern Oregon University, in the fall of 2006 under the name Fungus Humongous. late nights were had jamming away, mixing furious metal drumming from the hands and feet of PK, fresh out of black/death metal band Our Lady Overkill, the trippy grooving jam sauce of Spencer, who transplanted to Oregon from Indiana, leaving his jam band White Lady behind, and the slap-happy thunder-funk of Gus, who grew up on a grass farm, (not THAT kind….) gluing the rhythms and leads together.
