Sunny ol' Stoke-On-Trent; birthplace of Slash, Lemmy and some guy that used to be in Take That. It is also home to Friends of Ken. Their style is a kind of mish-mash of alternative-pop-punk-rock which produces a fast, raw sound with huge choruses and big melodies. They have been together for six years, with Big'un (vocals/guitar), Sven (guitar) and Al (bass/vocals) meeting at uni and Hof (drums) joining them two years later.
