Oakville, Ontario's For Higher Ground is a Christian Metalcore band consisting of screamer Sam Old, Ex-We Are Bravest singer Jourdan Horban, and instrumentalist Nelson Doleman. Banding together within the harsh economic times of late 2010, the three decided to take on the task of recording their first ever EP themselves, within the confinement of Doleman's basement.
