For a Better Truth formed in early 2007 in Fremont, CA when singer Arpan Bhattacherjee (of Fall For Scarlette), guitarist Dustin LaLumandiere and bassist Steve Yang came together again after years of playing and performing music in their former band, My Heart Collapse.
