"Little Lies" is a song by soft-rock & art-pop band Fleetwood Mac, released on August 14, 1987 as the third single of the band's 14th album, Tango in the Night. It was written by band member Christine McVie & her then-husband, Eddy Quintela, with lead vocals performed primarily by Christine; the chorus features backing vocals by Stevie Nicks, & Lindsey Buckingham. McVie recalled that she created the counter-vocals over an existing Buckingham composition and wrote the rest of the song at her pool with a pad and paper.
