Facefirst was a Belgian foursome that emerged from the ashes of the band Sequoia in November 2006. The original line-up included guitar player Thomas Vielvoye, who left the band in April 2007 due to a lack of free time. He was replaced by Tom "Meule" Lemmens in July. Other members are Frederik Meuris (vocals and guitar), Jakkerd (drums) and Tom "Frankie" Vansant (bass). Frankie left the band in June 2009, but was quickly replaced by Yannick H'Madoun, who also plays bass in Cover Rangers.
