Extremo 03 se formó en el año 2002, haciendo un estilo de música con influencias, que varían entre rock, punk y pop. Con muy pocos ensayos grabaron un demo de 4 canciones llamado "Vivo fuera del tunel", registrado enteramente en vivo. Antes de finales del 2002 ya habían compartido escenario con bandas como Bulldog, Mal Momento, Expulsados y Katarro Vandaliko, entre otros.
