Rob Bishop, a.k.a. Eternal Testament is an amateur musician producing mainly remixes of various video game music. By his own admission he does not aspire to be a professional musician but rather produce music for his own enjoyment.

His track "Murder Instinct" is featured on OCRemix.org's Super Street Fighter II remix project "Blood On The Asphalt"
