Electric Mirrors is the project of Derek Rutter (Asheville, NC) and Eddie Palmer (New York, NY). The duo met during college in Columbus, OH in the doomsday year of 2003. A shared appreciation of The Smiths and The Pixies led to the formation of a live band a few years later. Eventually the project was abandoned as circumstances led them in different directions and to various parts of the world. Fate brought them together again in 2011, and Electric Mirrors was formed.
