Birth date: 21 September 1955 Ducu Bertzi was born in Sighetu-Marmatiei. During elementary school, he studied the violin for 8 years at the local Music School. Since 9th grade, helped by a group of friends, he started the "Mi bemol rock" band. The band used to perform at high school parties, playing covers from Romanian and foreign popular bands.
