"Doktor Spira i Ljudska Bića" (Dr. Spira and Human Beings) started in Belgrade, Yugoslavia in 1980. They recorded "Dijagnoza" (Diagnosis) in "Druga Maca" studio where Spira was an in-house producer and engineer . The album was released independently. It was a 50 numbered copies limited edition vinyl, with hand written white labels. That album gained cult status and was very influential.
