DownSumner is a rock band from Lincoln Nebraska. The band formed in spring of 2004 with members Seth Sharpe(vocals) Zach Knaub(lead guitar), Bret Dlouhy(Drums) and Nick Gormley(rhythm guitar) and added Robby Hamberg(bass) in early 2006. They independently released an album in May 2006, called "Identity", and played local shows with bands such as Hurt, 12 Stones, Adema, Trapt, Alter Bridge and more, in support of it.
