Dissidance was formed in the basement of a rental house in Kalamazoo, Michigan (USA), by Hunter Mauk (bass) and Kenny Birge (drums) is August 2017. Ryan Boyle (guitar) joined later in 2017 and Ganjo (vocals) followed in early 2018. Their first single "Dead in the Pan" was released in July 2018. They are currently writing material for a short recording (EP) and playing gigs around the midwestern US.
