Dev/Null started out working on computer music tunes in 1998-1999 while playing drums in various bands. He was influenced by labels like Ambush, Praxis, Sounds Never Seen and ACV, plus extreme underground grindcore/death metal/crust/etc. Progress was extremely slow for the first 3-4 years due to other obligations (band,school).
