The band was originally Børre Michelsen - vocals, Ole Walaunet - guitars, Johan Alme - bass & backing vocals and Kjetil Greve - drums. The 11th of May 1996, Deride had their first gig at the local Rock Pub 'Garage', where they impressed everybody with their raw, untamed force.
