Derek McCormack (died 29 January 2004, aged 51) was an Irish singer and musician. He was front man for Barleycorn from 1970 to the mid-1990s. With his next band, Nickelodeon, McCormack toured Australia with The Fureys and Daniel O'Donnell. He toured extensively in the US featuring regularly at major Irish festivals such as Milwaukee and Cleveland. During the late 1990s, McCormack performed as a member of The Fureys .
