Darryl Hell (sektor 6 kommunikatons, Abstinence, Emergency Broadcast Network, Operation:Mindwipe) is a veteran multimedia artist, documentary maker, artivist, underground journalist / archivist. In the early 70's he began dj'ing and exploring audio 8-track recording experiments. By 1976 he began playing bass guitar and in 1981 he joined the New Jersey punk band Public Disturbance.
