Danorum. is an American experimental music project headed by Arturo Cota, formed in Tulare, California in 2013. Danorum. is intended to explore the musical qualities of infrasonic frequencies by presenting them with methods such as binaural and monaural beats, isochronic tones, and low-frequency oscillation. Thematically, Danorum. is inspired by post-Viking medieval Scandinavian history. Its name is taken from the Gesta Danorum, a patriotic historical account of Danish history by 12th century author Saxo Grammaticus.
