Brian "Deep" Watters (Deep H2OZ) is one of the Bay Area's hottest up and coming hip-hop producers. After getting his start with Young Black Brotha Records as a record promoter, Deep H2OZ branched out to Los Angeles with Mac Mall's Sesed Out Records.
