Crossvaults started in 1999 as an attempt to combine different styles of music: Drum 'n Bass, EBM, Metal, modern electronics and more. It's a traditional crossover-band in the tradition of Die Krupps, KMFDM, NIN, Pitchshifter…. Over the years the electronics have become more important. The guitarsound has changed from metal to rock.
