Controller Boy are an indie pop rock band based in Regensburg, Southern Germany. They formed in late 2005 including core members Lisa Birnberger (vocals, synth), Matt Segerer (guitar), Martin Neuberger (bass guitar) and Wolfgang Landshuter (drums). Finally Laura Klingseisen (guitar, backing vocals) joined the band a few weeks later completing the original lineup. Distinctive elements of their music are usually melodic vocal lines based on mostly danceable beats and moving bass licks as well as partly gentle, partly driving guitars.
