Congression is a Canadian alternative hard rock band that was formed in the summer of 2011 by Chris Keener (Vocals and Guitars) and Brett Gooding (Bass and Vocals). The two musicians would spend the next year writing and rehearsing original music that would evolve into nine solid tracks for the bands debut studio album If Only. Recording, mixing, and mastering was completed in the early spring of 2012 at the bands home studio.
