After the split of the Southport based four piece, MeForYou, in 2005. Three of the members decided that they wanted to carry on making music, but take it in a slightly different direction. Jay Rowe, Phil Ball and Bear, made this decision half way through the recording of MeForYou's final Ep 'I Hope a Car Comes Crashing Through Your Wall'.
