"My Boy" is the first track in Car Seat Headrest’s album “Twin Fantasy (Face to Face)”. It describes some kind of romantic relationship between the narrator (Will Toledo) and another person (“My boy”), and presents what many will call “the fantasy” to which the title of this album refers – that Will and the one he loves, in time, won’t be alone.
