Contra Mestre Marquinho Coreba is a capoeira instructor in the greater Boston area, originally from Vitoria. In 1994, he moved to Belo Horizonte to train with Mestre Mão Branca and joined his group Capoeira Gerais. Coreba left Brazil for Spain in 2003, and then moved to the US in 2005 with his family. He recorded his first album "Cantigas de Capoeira" in 2009 to celebrate his third batizado.
