Burn the Élite was founded in Groningen (a small college town in the Netherlands) at the end of 1999, when the band Five Fingers Left passed away. The drummer left and the rest of the band continued with the name Burn the Élite. After a while they found a new drummer in Richard and started rehearsing. They recorded a live demo in a local theater and with that demo they did some gigs with great bands like: Revolt (rip), Forstella Ford (rip), Brightside, Aversion, Instill, Karbo, Twisted System and many many more.
