Bootstrap Bill was a fictional band created by Andrew Galati in December 2008 as forerunners of the fictional genre of music "Yowie," created by Andrew Galati and James Battle to mock and abuse Francis Jost. The story behind Yowie was that it was an extremely underground movement in Floridian Death Metal in the early 90's. Andrew and James googled pirate slang as a basis for the fictinal scene's band names, labels and imagery.
