Begrimmed was a pagan black metal band from Zagreb, Croatia. They were active from 1996 to 2000. They have never released any official recordings. The only surviving recording is "…Enthralled by a Pagan Storm", a rehearsal tape. However, they were the first Croatian BM band to use pagan themes in their lyrics. Some other interesting factoids are that their drummer, Gajo, used a single bass pedal (which was almost unheard of in the world of extreme metal) and that their gig with Hellscream (April 11th, 1998) was the first black metal gig in Zagreb.
