Baaba Seth (formed in Charlottesville, Virginia in 1990) was a worldbeat jam band, which played small east coast venues until their break-up in 2000. The band was originally formed by guitarists Dirk Lind and Kevin Lynch, drummer Len Wishart, and John Murphy on trumpet. For the ten year run of the band, Lind provided the majority of vocals. The group added Eric Biltonen on base and drummers Jason Mcleod and Drex Weaver before their first perfomance in the spring of 1991.
