Fierce frontman zookeynee (aka zoo), originally from indianapolis, indiana, came to la in 1999 specifically to form bazerk. Though keeping a solid line-up proved to be challenging, zoo’s vision remained the glue that held together the sound and the message. Full-throttle seven-string guitar licks, heavy bottom-end bass,and hypnotic drum beats provide a solid foundation for zoo’s observations of the world from an urban point of view.
