A vibe out of this world, a soaring voice, a roaring electric guitar, and an intimate but magical traveler of love and sorrow is exactly who Brew is. He's a story teller and a shining performer;you can say he's a blend of realism and expressionism. With a taste of Jazz, Classical, Country & Rock, his music just kind of pulls you in. At times he is unpredictable, but none the less very colorful and always satisfying with just a hint of mystery. "I want to be to the guitar what Elton John is to the piano"-Brew………..
He cites his Influences as Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, Joni Mitchell, Jeff Beck, Neil Young, Ennio Morricone, Nina Simone, Led Zeppelin, Queen, Thin Lizzy, Prince, Kate Bush, The Smiths, Jeff Buckley, Elliot Smith & Ryan Adams.
You can catch him performing throughout the week in the East Village area of Manhattan at venues like The Stone (Avenue C-2nd St) and The Sidewalk Cafe (94 Avenue A).
He is releasing his first collection of music entitled "Harps EP" in January 2012, a poetic blend of guitar magic, melody, and graceful singing.
