Awake the Cell is a one person band that began in 2004 and consists of 22 year old, Ezra De La Cerda (DJE). His style in music ranges from techno, to trance, dance and powerpop. DJE has years of experience in music, more specifically on the the piano which he began playing at the age of 5. He has also had violin and guitar lessons. DJE's biggest source of inspiration has been Basshunter and DJ S3RL, but also includes Tiësto, Jeffree Star, Blood On The Dance Floor and Alice DeeJay. He has yet to release a full length album or a single.
