Ashley J Russell (born 1983 in Edinburgh, Scotland) is a Scottish actress and singer who competed as one of the finalists in the BBC talent show I'd Do Anything in 2008. Ashley trained at Mountview drama school under the Dame Judi Dench Scholarship before entering the BBC talent show. Russell was selected as one of the twelve finalists in the show and came sixth. The eventual winner was Jodie Prenger. Since the show Ashley played Killer Queen in the UK National Tour of We Will Rock You.
