Ashley, también conocida como “La chica bomba”, nació el 27 de octubre de 1975 en Puerto Rico y comenzó su carrera como cantante como cantante sustituta en varias bandas. Obtuvo su oportunidad a la fama al llegar a una banda de merengue femenina llamadas “Las chicas del Clan” y se convirtió en cantante principal por tres años. En 1997, la merenguera decidió convertirse en solista y lanzo su álbum Yo Soy La Bomba con la canción éxito de ese mismo nombre, Yo Soy La Bomba.
