Aoife Clancy (born in Carrick-on-Sur, County Tipperary) is an Irish folk musician. For a time in the mid-1990s she was a member of Cherish the Ladies. In the early 2000s, she was a member of Faire Winds (with Bill Jones and Anne Hills). The daughter of Bobby Clancy, an original member of The Clancy Brothers, she began guitar at age ten and by age fourteen was playing with her father in their local pubs.
