Andys Skordis was born in Lefkosia, Cyprus in 1983. From a young age, he came close to music by playing electric guitar and writing music for his bands “Off Tone Thieves” and “Spirits” performing in Cyprus. During his obligatory military service, he was a member of the military band in Cyprus as a Euphonium and Guitar player. After being discharged, he began studying Jazz guitar performance at University of Bridgeport, and later on he enrolled at Berklee College of Music where he studied Composition and Film Scoring with Vuk Kulenovic and Tibor Pusztai.
