Alexen grew up in Asia, in Calamba City, Philippines and Okinawa, Japan. Alexen fell in love with dance music in his teens. His music career was inspired by his uncle, Jojo Alejar, who is dancer, singer and actor in Manila. Music became his passion after the loss of his mother in 2005.
