Adam Jarzębski (b. Warka, Poland, c. 1590; d. Warsaw, c. 1648) was an early baroque Polish composer, violinist, poet, and writer. The first documented mention of Jarzębski is in 1612, when he becomes a member of the chapel of Johann Siegmund Hohenzollern in Berlin. On April 30, 1615 he is granted permission to spend a year in Italy to advance his skills as a composer and knowledge of Italian music. Never having returned to Berlin, he moves to Warsaw and becomes a member of the Royal Chapel at the capital of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
