Abby Posner is an American instrumentalist and songwriter originally from Evergreen Colorado. Posner released her debut solo record titled The Gatherer and the Thief in the spring of 2011. Posner moved to California in 2002 to study at California Institute of the Arts as a multi focused music major. World Percussion became a major focus, as well as developing her compositional sense of songwriting.
