They have also been known to collaborate with others unfortunate enough to agree to do so. The 1/3 Octave Band carves out aural sculptures from formless base slabs of sound consisting of field recordings, broken electronics, old guitars, radios - in fact, whatever comes to hand. The results have been described as "cinematic" and "moving with the aimless grandeur of space junk".
