Rose formed in 1997. In 1998, the group released its first demo, which was titled "Vol. 1", and the group soon attracted a niche following for their unique, post-punk/goth inspired sound. The group went on to release a few more demos, and even one album, "Passion or Impulse", which was released in December of 1997. However, Rose eventually ended up disbanding by 1999.
